Over the years and many miles, the original rubber bushings on control arms, leaf springs, and sway bars become porous, soft, and worn out. This leads to unstable straight-line tracking, swaying in crosswinds, and unpleasant rattling noises.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES ON SELECTION & INSTALLATION

• Measure Leaf Spring Bushing Width: For these models, there are two different widths for the rear leaf spring bushings or the shackle bushings: 26 mm or 38 mm. Please be sure to measure the diameter/width of the mounting opening in the spring shackle before purchasing so that we can supply you with the correct bushings.

• Burn-Out Bushings: The front lower control arm bushings (Pos. 1) and the front bushings of the rear leaf springs (Pos. 3) are so-called burn-out bushings. For these bushings, the outer metal sleeve of the original bushing must remain in the control arm or spring! The old rubber is carefully burned out or dissolved, and the new PU bushing is inserted into the remaining original sleeve. Corresponding instructions are also on the product packaging.

Scope of Delivery (Complete Suspension Kit)

The kit includes all relevant bushings for the front and rear axles:

1. Front Lower Control Arm Bushings (Front Part): 2x PU bushings + 2x metal sleeves (Burn-out – reuse original outer sleeve!)

2. Front Lower Control Arm Bushings (Rear Part): 2x PU bushings

3. Rear Leaf Springs (Front Side): 2x PU bushings + 2x metal sleeves (Burn-out – reuse original outer sleeve!)

4. Rear Leaf Springs (Rear Side): 4x PU bushings (Optionally 26 mm or 38 mm)

5. Leaf Spring Hangers / Spring Shackle: 4x PU bushings (Optionally 26 mm or 38 mm)

6. Front Sway Bar (Frame Mount): 2x PU bushings

7. Rear Sway Bar (Frame Mount): 2x PU bushings

8. Rear Panhard Bar: 2x PU bushings + 2x metal sleeves

9. End Link Bushings (Sway Bar Connection): 4x PU bushings + 4x metal sleeves
