Take your Jeep to the next level! With the front spring spacers made of high-strength polyurethane, you can give your Jeep Cherokee XJ a targeted and effective front axle lift. These spacers are the perfect solution to create additional space for larger tires, optimize the vehicle's appearance, or effectively compensate for your Cherokee's typical "hump" (wedge shape).

Available in two height variants

Depending on the intended use and desired setup, you can choose between two heights:

• 45 mm variant: Ideal for a subtle lift and additional tire clearance without extensive modifications.

• 80 mm variant: For maximum ground clearance and an extreme off-road look.

⚠️ Important note on vehicle modifications

Please note that depending on the chosen height (especially with the large 80 mm variant) and the condition of your remaining suspension, further adjustments to the vehicle may be necessary. To ensure safe off-road driving behavior and correct geometry, modifications such as longer shock absorbers, an adjustable Panhard bar, adapted sway bar links, or brake line extensions may be required.

Why polyurethane spacers (90 ShA)?

Unlike cheap rubber spacers, which compress over time under heavy vehicle weight, or hard aluminum components, which transmit shocks undamped to the body, our polyurethane blend with 90 ShA offers perfect performance:

• Durable lift: The extremely high hardness of 90 ShA guarantees that the spacers will not compress, even with heavy winch bumpers or hard off-road use.

• Noise and vibration damping: PU elastically isolates the suspension from the frame. Unpleasant suspension noises and fine vibrations are noticeably minimized compared to metal spacers.

• Pure off-road use: The spacers have no road approval and are specially designed for tough use off public roads.

• Weather and chemical resistant: Absolutely resistant to oil, grease, mud, UV radiation, and road salt – no rotting process like with rubber.
