With the complete spring spacer kit for the front and rear axles, you'll give your Suzuki Grand Vitara a targeted lift for maximum performance off paved roads. These spacers made of high-strength polyurethane are the perfect solution to create additional space for larger tires, maximize ground clearance, and massively upgrade the off-road look of your Suzuki.

Available in three height variations

Depending on the intended use and desired setup, you can choose between three different variants. Due to the suspension geometry, the physical height of the spacers differs from the actual lift of the vehicle:

• Variant 1 (Spacer height 5 cm): Achieves an effective lift of 3.5 cm. Ideal for a subtle increase in ground clearance.

• Variant 2 (Spacer height 6 cm): Achieves an effective lift of 4.5 cm. The perfect balance for mixed use.

• Variant 3 (Spacer height 7 cm): Achieves an effective lift of 5.5 cm. The maximum for uncompromising off-road performance.

⚠️ Important note on vehicle modifications

Please note that a lift (especially for the 4.5 cm and 5.5 cm variants) changes the geometry of the suspension. Depending on the chosen setup and vehicle condition, further adjustments to the vehicle may be necessary. To ensure safe handling and correct limits for driveshaft and shock absorber angles, modifications such as longer shock absorbers (or shock absorber extensions), eccentric bolts (camber adjustment bolts) for the front axle, or extended brake lines may be required.

This product has no general operating permit (ABE) and no parts certificate. Installation will invalidate the operating permit of your vehicle for public roads in accordance with § 19 StVZO.

• Intended use: This product is intended exclusively for racing, pure off-road use on private property, or for export.

• Registration: Registration in the vehicle documents may be possible under certain circumstances via individual approval (§ 21 StVZO) at an appropriate inspection center. Please clarify this before purchase and installation with an officially recognized expert. We do not guarantee the approval of such individual acceptance.

Why Polyurethane Spacers (90 ShA)?

Unlike rubber spacers, which compress over time under the weight of the vehicle, or hard metal components, which transfer impacts undamped to the body, our polyurethane blend with 90 ShA offers perfect performance:

• Permanent lift: The extremely high hardness of 90 ShA ensures that the spacers do not compress even under full load or tough off-road use.

• Noise and vibration damping: PU elastically isolates the suspension from the body. Unpleasant suspension noises and fine vibrations are noticeably minimized compared to metal spacers.

• Weather and chemical resistant: Absolutely resistant to oil, grease, mud, UV radiation, and road salt – no rotting process as with rubber.
