Renew the body-to-frame mounts on your long-wheelbase Nissan Patrol Y60 and replace compressed, cracked or unevenly worn original rubber. Worn mounts can allow visible movement, rattling or uneven body support.
This complete orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit retains the standard body height and includes the listed mounting hardware. It is not a body lift.

Restore stable body support

Installation note
Support the body safely and evenly throughout the work. Inspect all chassis mounts and body brackets for corrosion, cracks or deformation. Check nearby lines, cables and attachments and tighten the hardware to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
