The MorE 4x4 Steel Combination Skid Plate for the Volkswagen Amarok (models from model year 2023 / 2nd generation) offers high-strength, comprehensive protection for the mechanical heart of your pickup. While the foremost radiator section absorbs the initial impact, the engine assembly is directly behind it and requires uncompromising protection from below during tough off-road use. This skid plate specifically covers two essential components simultaneously: the engine (incl. oil pan) and the front axle differential.

The new VW Amarok combines premium comfort with high off-road capability. However, anyone driving the vehicle appropriately over rocky trails, through deep ruts, in tough forestry operations, or on overland tours exposes the underside to enormous risks. Since the Amarok has independent front suspension, the front differential housing is inherently positioned relatively low in the potential impact area. An inattentive bottom-out on sharp rocks, massive tree stumps, or hard impacts on blocked paths can tear open the engine oil pan or damage the differential housing. This leads to immediate oil loss and catastrophic mechanical damage to the engine and drivetrain, resulting in extremely expensive repairs.

This vehicle-specific combination underbody protection perfectly closes this critical safety gap under your Amarok. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without the need to install the remaining plates of the front or rear underbody system (such as the radiator or gearbox protection).
