The MorE 4x4 Aluminum Transmission Skid Plate for the Mitsubishi L200 (5th Generation) and the identical Fiat Fullback (suitable for all model years from 2015 onwards) offers high-strength protection for your vehicle's sensitive main gearbox housing. Since the transmission is located relatively centrally under the pick-up, it is particularly vulnerable when traversing humps, hard impacts on rocks, tree stumps, driving over obstacles off-road, or sliding through deep ruts in mud. A mechanical impact off-road can quickly lead to cracks in the housing, fatal transmission oil loss, and extremely costly damage to the gear center, immediately ending your tour or work assignment.

This vehicle-specific underbody protection perfectly closes this critical safety gap on the underbody. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can be mounted completely independently and separately, without necessarily requiring other plates of the underbody system (such as the front engine or rear transfer case protection) to be installed.
