While the original rubber bushes on wishbones and leaf springs become soft and tear over time, our polyurethane (PU) solution offers permanently stable axle guidance and improved driving stability for your pickup.

Since Mitsubishi has installed different leaf springs on the L200, it is important to choose the correct width for the front mount.

Scope of delivery (Complete set)

This set includes all relevant bushes for a comprehensive overhaul of your suspension:

1. Front upper wishbones: 4x PU bush + 4x metal sleeve (bushes for burning out)

2. Front lower wishbones: 4x PU bush + 4x metal sleeve (bushes for burning out)

3. Rear leaf springs (front): 2x PU bush + 2x metal sleeve (width selectable)

4. Rear leaf springs (rear): 4x PU bush

5. Rear leaf spring shackles: 4x PU bush

6. Front anti-roll bar: 2x PU bush

⚠️ Important Installation Note ("For burning out")

For the marked bushes on the front axle, it is absolutely essential to leave the outer metal sleeve of the original silent block in the wishbone! Only the old rubber is removed (burned out) so that the new polybushes can be precisely inserted into the remaining sleeve. A corresponding note is included with the product.
