When the Ford Ranger needs to get serious off-road, the rear is often the first point of attack for damage: steep descents, hard edges, deep articulation, and hidden obstacles on the ground mercilessly punish the stock bodywork. This is precisely where the MorE 4x4 steel rear bumper plays to its strengths, reliably protecting the rear area from expensive damage to the body, valance panel, and taillights – where a single uncontrolled contact can quickly lead to four-figure repair costs. The massive construction is designed for tough use in heavy-duty off-roaders and overland setups, providing significantly more reserves in blocked passages, ruts, and abrupt groundings.
Made from high-strength steel with material thicknesses of 6, 4, and 3 mm, this off-road rear bumper offers the robust substance that counts in expedition and everyday work. The precise three-point adjustment in three planes significantly simplifies installation and ensures clean, stress-free positioning on the vehicle. Additionally, MorE 4x4 integrates a mount for the rear fog light and reinforced attachment points for recovery shackles, ensuring that the Ranger is not only protected but also consistently recoverable.
The surface is also uncompromisingly designed for long-term durability: shot blasting, arc-sprayed zinc coating, and subsequent powder coating with Sahara polyester form an extremely durable corrosion and stone chip protection. The whole is refined by the black textured paint in a fine crack look, which not only convinces technically but also gives the Ranger's rear a characteristic, professional off-road look. Practical note: The bumper is delivered without holes for parking sensors; these must be drilled by yourself if required.
Please note: This off-road bumper does not have a general operating permit (ABE), no TÜV parts certificate, and no regular road approval under German road traffic licensing regulations (StVZO). If the vehicle is to be driven on public roads, a potential individual approval (pursuant to § 21 StVZO) must be clarified individually with the respective TÜV, Dekra, or KÜS inspector on site BEFORE purchase.
An optional spare tire carrier can be mounted: MO-Z004
