Renew the main suspension, leaf-spring and rear-axle guide bushes on your 1996–2000 Chrysler Voyager, Town & Country or Dodge Caravan. After many years, worn rubber can allow additional movement and noise at several mounting points.

This 75 Shore A polyurethane kit covers the listed front and rear positions. At two locations, the original outer metal shell is retained and reused.

More stable suspension mounting

Polyurethane deforms less than aged rubber under braking, cornering and drive forces and can reduce unwanted movement at the control arms, leaf springs and rear axle. The final result also depends on joints, spring bolts, shackles, wheel bearings and dampers.

• Front lower control arms, front mounts: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Front lower control arms, rear mounts: 2 PU bushes
• Rear leaf springs, front mounts: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Rear leaf-spring mounts: 4 PU bushes, 26 mm
• Spring shackles: 4 PU bushes, 26 mm
• Front anti-roll-bar frame mounts: 2 PU bushes
• Rear anti-roll-bar frame mounts: 2 PU bushes
• Rear Panhard rod: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Link bushes: 4 PU bushes and 4 metal sleeves

Important installation note

At the front mounts of the lower control arms and the front leaf-spring mounts, remove only the old rubber. Retain the original outer metal shell; do not press it out or damage it.
