Renew the main suspension bushes on your Hyundai Galloper with one coordinated set. The front control arms, rear control arms and Panhard rod locate the wheels and rear axle under braking, cornering and drive forces. When several original rubber bushes are soft or worn, play can accumulate throughout the suspension.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit also covers the steering idler support, anti-roll-bar links and front and rear anti-roll bars.

Measure before ordering

Measure the width of the existing axle-side rear control-arm bushes. Depending on the vehicle, 60 or 65 mm bushes are required. Your selected option determines these positions within the kit.

Why replace aged rubber?

Polyurethane deforms less than soft or worn rubber under braking, cornering and drive forces. This can help the control arms and Panhard rod locate the wheels and rear axle more consistently.

The final result also depends on the condition of joints, wheel bearings, steering, dampers and mounting points.

Installation note

Document every mounting position before removal and inspect all arms, mounts and fasteners. Check suspension geometry professionally after work on the wheel-location components.
