Prepare the rear leaf-spring mounting points on your first-generation Isuzu D-Max for regular payloads, towing and rough-road use. Soft or worn rubber can allow additional movement at the spring eyes and shackles.
This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane kit covers the rear leaf springs and shackles and includes assembly grease.

Firmer rear-axle location under load
The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber around the spring bolts and can guide the rear axle more consistently under payload, braking and uneven-road forces. It can also transmit more impacts and vibration to the chassis and body.
