Prepare the leaf-spring and axle-location bushes on your Jeep Wrangler YJ for demanding off-road use and high loads. The leaf-spring bushes guide the springs around their bolts, while the Panhard rods limit lateral axle movement.
This blue heavy-duty kit combines 85 Shore A bushes at the leaf springs and shackles with firmer 90 Shore A bushes at the front and rear Panhard rods.

Firmer axle location under load
The 85 Shore A bushes reduce deformation around the spring bolts, while the 90 Shore A Panhard-rod bushes limit lateral movement more strongly. This can provide more consistent axle location under load, but can also transmit more impacts, noise and vibration.

Installation note
Inspect all spring bolts, shackles, Panhard rods and mounting points for wear or deformation. Clean the contact surfaces, use the supplied grease and recheck all fasteners after fitting.
