On the Mitsubishi Pajero II V20, the front control-arm bushes, rear trailing-arm bushes and Panhard rod bushes work together to locate the wheels and rear axle. After many years, softened or worn rubber bushes can allow extra movement and cause noise.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit renews the listed mounting points. The axle-side bushes for the rear trailing arms are available in 60 or 65 mm.

Measure 60 or 65 mm before ordering

The variant selection applies to the axle-side bushes of the rear trailing arms. Measure the relevant mounting dimension directly on the vehicle; model year or engine alone is not a reliable way to select the correct version.

• Front lower control arms: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves at each of the listed positions
• Rear trailing arms, axle side: 4 PU bushes and 4 metal sleeves in the selected size
• Rear trailing arms, chassis side: 4 PU bushes
• Rear Panhard rod: 2 PU bushes and 2 metal sleeves
• Steering idler arm: 2 PU bushes
• Anti-roll-bar links: 12 PU bushes
• Front anti-roll bar: 2 PU bushes
• Rear anti-roll bar: 2 PU bushes for a 20 mm bar

Installation note

Compare the selected dimension with the removed original bush. Inspect the control arms, trailing arms, Panhard rod, anti-roll bars and mounting points for corrosion, deformation and wear. Check all fasteners correctly after installation.
