Prepare your Nissan Navara D21 for demanding off-road use, high payloads and sustained work loads by renewing the key front and rear suspension bushes. The front control arms locate the wheels while the rear leaf springs and shackles guide the axle under load.
This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane kit covers the listed control-arm, leaf-spring and front anti-roll-bar mounting points.
The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber under braking, cornering and payload forces. This can help the front control arms retain wheel position more precisely and allow the leaf springs and shackles to guide the rear axle more consistently around their intended pivot points.
The firmer connection can transmit more impacts, noise and vibration to the chassis and body. Worn spring bolts, shackles, joints or deformed control arms must be replaced separately.
The original outer metal sleeves remain in the front upper control arms. Remove only the old rubber without damaging these sleeves; the new PU bushes are installed into the retained original sleeves.
Inspect all control arms, spring bolts, shackles, the anti-roll bar and mounting points for corrosion, scoring or deformation. Suspension work should be carried out professionally.
These versions have different hardness levels and recommended uses.
