Combine partial caster correction with firmer axle-location bushes on your Nissan Patrol Y60 or early Y61 2.8 TD lifted by approximately 50 mm / 2 inches. A lift reduces front-axle caster, while demanding off-road use and high payloads place additional loads on the suspension bushes.

This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty XL kit uses eccentric bushes at the axle-side mounts of the front control arms together with firmer regular bushes for the remaining positions. Anti-roll-bar bushes are not included.

Caster correction and firmer axle location

The eccentric axle-side bushes reposition the front axle within the control-arm mounts and can partially restore caster reduced by the lift. The actual geometry depends on the complete suspension setup and must be measured after installation.

The firmer PU limits deformation more strongly than the orange standard version. This can provide more consistent axle location under high loads, but may also transmit more impacts, noise and vibration.

Installation note

Install the eccentric bushes precisely in the specified rotational position. Check caster, axle position, steering behaviour and suspension geometry professionally after fitting.
