Prepare your Nissan Terrano II R20 for regular off-road use, high payloads and sustained heavy loads by renewing the main front- and rear-suspension bushes. Soft or worn rubber can allow additional movement at the control arms, rear axle links, Panhard rod and anti-roll bars.

This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane kit is designed to retain wheel and axle position more consistently under load.

Firmer suspension location under load

The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber under braking, drive and lateral forces. This can help the front control arms and rear axle links perform their guiding function more consistently.

The trade-off can be increased transfer of impacts, noise and vibration to the chassis and body.

Important installation note

At the front upper control arms, remove only the original rubber. Retain the original outer metal shell in the arm for the PU bushes. Inspect all arms and mounts, clean the contact surfaces and use the supplied grease.
