Prepare your coil-sprung Opel Frontera A for more demanding off-road and high-load use by renewing its central suspension mounting points. Worn rubber can allow additional movement at the front wheels, rear axle and anti-roll bars.

This blue 85 Shore A heavy-duty polyurethane set covers the listed front and rear suspension positions and is intended for vehicles regularly used off road, with increased payload or under sustained heavy loads.

More stable axle location under high loads

The firmer PU deforms less than aged rubber under braking, drive and lateral forces. This can help the front control arms hold wheel position more precisely while the rear control arms and Panhard rod limit unwanted rear-axle movement.

The firmer connection can also transmit more impacts, noise and vibration to the chassis and body. Worn joints, bolts, mounts or deformed arms must be replaced separately.

Installation note

Inspect all control arms, the Panhard rod, anti-roll bars, links and mounts for corrosion, play or deformation. Work on suspension and axle-location components should be carried out professionally.
