Restore a more direct response from the front anti-roll bar of your Mercedes G-Class. When the original rubber bushes become soft or worn, the bar can move before its force is fully transferred, contributing to delayed roll control and unwanted play.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit renews both the front anti-roll-bar chassis mounts and the link bushes on the Mercedes G-Class W460, W461 and W463.

Measure before ordering

Measure the cleaned anti-roll bar itself, not the old bush. Rust, dirt and thick paint can distort the reading.

Why replace aged rubber?

Polyurethane deforms less under anti-roll-bar movement than aged rubber. This can transfer movement more directly through the chassis mounts and links. The final result also depends on the condition of the bar, links and the rest of the suspension.

Installation note

Inspect the anti-roll bar, retaining brackets, links and bolts for wear or deformation. Clean the mounting surfaces and install the bushes without preload.
