The MorE 4x4 steel transfer case skid plate for the Volkswagen Amarok (models from model year 2023 onwards) offers high-strength protection for one of the most important mechanical components of your all-wheel drive. While the front section is usually protected first, the transfer case is structurally located relatively low and unprotected in the middle of the vehicle, above the cardan shaft outlets.
The new VW Amarok is known for its versatility and high off-road capability, but anyone who drives it in rough terrain, on overland tours or for heavy-duty work in the forest exposes the vehicle to extreme dangers, especially in the central underbody area. When driving over crests, rocky forest paths, steep embankment edges or massive tree stumps, the vehicle's center is particularly at risk. If the heavy pick-up hits hard here, cracks or fractures in the sensitive aluminum housing of the transfer case, damage to the actuator unit for the all-wheel drive control and fatal oil loss are imminent – which immediately cripples the entire all-wheel drive and results in extremely expensive repair costs.
This vehicle-specific underbody protection perfectly closes this security gap. The smooth surface also ensures that in an emergency, the vehicle glides smoothly over obstacles instead of getting snagged on stones or roots with the frame. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, this skid plate can be installed completely independently and separately, without the need for the remaining plates of the underbody system (such as the front engine or transmission protection) to be installed.

The scope of delivery of this item includes only the transfer case skid plate. The other protection plates (such as for the engine or main transmission) are not included in the scope of delivery but can be purchased separately in our shop.

Easy Plug-and-Play installation: No drilling, cutting or welding on the vehicle required! The included mounting kit uses only the original factory drilled holes and threads in the solid ladder frame. Reversion to the standard condition is possible at any time without any problems.
