Renew the main suspension and steering-idler mounting points on your Suzuki Vitara I with one coordinated kit. Soft or worn original rubber can allow play to accumulate across several suspension and steering positions.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane set covers the listed front and rear suspension bushes together with the steering idler-arm support bush. It is designed for road use, overland travel and occasional off-road driving.

Why replace aged rubber?

Polyurethane deforms less than soft or worn rubber under braking, cornering and drive forces. This can help the front and rear control arms locate the wheels and axle more consistently. The steering idler-arm support bush also limits unwanted movement at this mounting point.

New bushes cannot remove play in joints, the steering box, wheel bearings or damaged metal mounting points.

Installation note

Document all mounting positions before removal. Inspect all arms, the steering support, bolts and mounts for wear, corrosion or deformation. Check suspension geometry and steering professionally after installation.
