The Mitsubishi Pajero III V60/V70 uses numerous control-arm bushings at the front and rear suspension. When several rubber bushings become soft or worn, small deviations can add up across the suspension and affect wheel guidance.
This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit renews the inner bushings of the front control arms, several rear control-arm positions and both anti-roll bars. It is designed for a comprehensive suspension refresh in mixed road, touring and off-road use.
With independent suspension, every bushing influences the position of its respective control arm. Aged rubber can deform more under braking and lateral forces. Polyurethane remains more dimensionally stable and can limit these movements.
This can help provide more defined wheel guidance during steering inputs and load changes. The final result also depends on the condition of the joints, wheel bearings, dampers and other suspension components.
Document the mounting positions before removal. Inspect the control arms and mounts for corrosion or deformation, remove the old bushings completely and clean the contact surfaces. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation.
These versions have different hardness levels and recommended uses.
