Combine partial caster correction with more controlled axle location on your Nissan Patrol Y61 3.0 Di lifted by approximately 50 mm / 2 inches. A lift reduces front-axle caster, while aged rubber in the control arms and Panhard rods can allow additional axle movement.

This orange 75 Shore A polyurethane kit uses eccentric bushes at the axle-side mounts of the front control arms together with regular bushes for the remaining front and rear positions.

Caster correction with eccentric bushes

The eccentric axle-side bushes reposition the front axle within the control-arm mounts and can partially restore caster reduced by the lift. An installation template is included, but the rotational position and actual geometry must still be checked carefully.

Why replace aged rubber?

Polyurethane deforms less under braking, drive and lateral forces. This can help the control arms and Panhard rods locate the axles more consistently. New bushes cannot compensate for wear in steering components, joints or metal mounting points.

Installation note

Install the eccentric bushes according to the template and intended correction direction. Check caster, axle position, steering behaviour and suspension geometry professionally after fitting.
